Tracking Templates

Tracking is an integral part of improving your health/fitness goals.  If you don't track regularly you won't know whether you're improving, staying the same, or falling further from your goals- which means you don't know if your strategy is working or should be adjusted!  If you are someone who prefers physical copies rather than digital/apps to track things such as weight, diet, or workouts checkout these free downloadable templates!

Daily Food Log- there are many different ways of tracking food- between calories, macros, how many meals/day etc.  You don't NEED to track all of them- but doing so for a just a few weeks can give you a good overall perspective on how to "guesstimate" calories and catch and bad habits that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Workout Template- track reps, sets, resistance, and the date to ensure progressive overload over the duration of your workout routines!

Weight Tracking Sheet- whether your goals are to gain muscle, lose weight, or simply remain the same it is a good idea to track weight from time-to-time to know if your lifestyle choices are matching your goals. Do NOT grow an emotional attachment to the scale- it can take a few weeks to form a trend, don't expect positive fluctuations every time you weigh-in!
